Lifelong New Yorker, I came of age in Chelsea during the city's defining transformation years (1990 to 2002), witnessing firsthand how neighborhoods evolve, markets shift, and value gets created. That early education in reading urban change became the foundation for everything I do now.
After 26 years as a professional artist, I see homes the way buyers actually experience them, through emotion, light, space, and energy. But I also spent 8 years as a trader analyzing financial markets and have successfully flipped properties of my own, which means I can break down cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, and investment thesis with the precision your wealth manager uses, because I use the same analysis on my own deals.
This combination is rare: I can walk a CEO through IRR projections on a multifamily conversion, then help a creative director understand why a pre-war co-op captures the vibe they're chasing. My clients have included award-winning actresses, internationally recognized artists, acclaimed filmmakers, major real estate developers, and hedge fund principals.
I specialize in luxury properties but work just as hard on standard listings. Access to off-market listings, deep knowledge of financial markets, and an artist's eye for design and possibility. This is how I serve clients who want both the numbers and the narrative to make sense.
